Apprenticeships: Looking to the future
At Severn we are looking to the future. We offer a range of apprenticeships across our operations, for various job roles. They are all, however, based on the same core principle: an opportunity to set the foundations for a successful and rewarding career.
Our apprentices gain not only a debt-free, recognised qualification but also invaluable training and experience with teams delivering engineering work of the highest quality.
What makes for a successful Severn apprentice? A genuine interest in engineering and a real drive to learn more.
Individuals who are motivated, honest and reliable, with great problem-solving and communication skills
A positive approach to training and a determination to work hard on skills development throughout the four-year apprenticeship.
Candidates should have, or expect to gain, at least five GCSEs at grade 5 or above including Maths, English and Science. You should also be computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
